Re-activates the small muscles of the foot that support your arch and balance.
How to do it
- Seated with your foot flat, lift your toes up while keeping the heel down.
- Then curl the toes down, as if gripping a towel.
Tips
- A towel under the foot adds a gentle challenge.
Commonly done as 2 sets of 15, daily.
