How to do it
- Stand facing a wall, hands flat at shoulder height.
- Bend your elbows to lean toward the wall, keeping your body straight and core braced.
- Push back to start.
Tips
- Keep your neck in line with your spine.
- Step farther from the wall to make it harder.
Commonly done as 2 sets of 10–15, most days.
