Towel Scrunches
Re-wakes the small muscles of the foot using a towel.

What it helps
Re-wakes the small muscles under the foot that support your arch and help you grip and balance.
How to do it
- Sit with your foot flat on a towel on the floor.
- Use your toes to scrunch and pull the towel toward you.
- Relax and repeat.
Tips
- A light, controlled effort is all you need.
Commonly done as 2 sets of 10, daily.
