Builds toe dexterity and strength — control of the small foot muscles that help you balance and push off.

How to do it

  1. Place a few marbles or small objects on the floor.
  2. Use your toes to pick up each one and set it in a cup.
  3. Repeat with all the objects.

Tips

  • Move slowly and focus on control.

Commonly done as 2 sets of 10, daily.
