How to do it

  1. Curl the smaller toes downward, then straighten and spread them upward.
  2. Keep the big toe still — it is fused and should not move.

Tips

  • A gentle way to keep the foot active in the early weeks.

Commonly done as 15-20 repetitions, a few times a day.
