Toe Flexion & Extension (Lesser Toes)
Keeps the smaller toes moving while the fused big toe stays protected.

What it helps
Keeps the smaller toes moving and supple while the rest of the foot is protected.
How to do it
- Curl the smaller toes downward, then straighten and spread them upward.
- Keep the big toe still — it is fused and should not move.
Tips
- A gentle way to keep the foot active in the early weeks.
Commonly done as 15-20 repetitions, a few times a day.
