How to do it

  1. Seated, use your hand to gently bend the big toe up and down.
  2. Hold each direction briefly.
  3. Stay within a comfortable, pain-free range.

Tips

  • Keep it gentle — there's no need to force the toe.
  • Your care team can guide how much toe motion is right for your recovery.

Commonly done as 2-3 sets of 10, as directed.
